Can I get a refund if I do not complete all the hours of a course?
You can always get a refund if you have not started with our language classes. But once you have started with our language classes it is not possible to get a refund.
Can I change the timing of my training sessions?
You can always change the time of your training sessions. But please keep in mind that you should always indicate your prefered time 3 or 4 days in advance so that we can make sure that an instructor is available at your prefered time slot.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m to 5 p.m Philippines time. But we try to be available for support 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Just send us a message when our live chat is offline with your phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Can I choose which teacher I prefer?
You can choose a teacher according to your preferance. But please remember to book in advance so that we can make sure that the teacher is available.
